By placing an order with Outpaint Inc, you agree to the terms and policies set forth below along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Orders, Returns and Order Cancellation

All physical product purchases and redemptions are final (non-refundable) and no returns are accepted as products are custom one of a kind prints.

The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to Products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will arrange for a substitute payment option of our choice.

Delivery

Products are your responsibility from completion of delivery.

Pre-orders

• Processing of pre-orders may begin earlier than anticipated to ensure orders can be shipped to you as soon as possible.

• We will make all efforts to deliver the product to you but there are no guarantees that we will do so. In the event we have to cancel your order we will provide you with a full refund.

• We cannot promise when a product will be delivered and any date of delivery is an estimate only.

• Technical specifications of pre-order products under development are subject to change.

Other terms

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a order confirmation.

Restrictions

You may only purchase Products from the Website if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent from a parent or guardian.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
